Burn Group PT consists of multiple exercises put together to give you an intense full body workout. It has all the characteristics of Personal Training, but in a group setting. Additionally, everyone has their own goals, and we monitor those goals to make sure you are moving in the right direction to accomplish them.
Conversely, a majority of the exercises are done on the turf, allowing our Fitness Coaches to stray away from traditional exercises your body is used to. Class by class, you’ll begin to notice the improvements you’ve been waiting to experience!
