This class is an even mixture of kickboxing principles, with strength and conditioning. This excellent workout allows you to not only train as a kickboxer, but understand the fundamentals of effective kickboxing. Other than your main exercises (jump rope, shadow boxing, hitting the bag, speed bag, and focus mitts), workouts vary from class to class. This change prevents the body from adapting to the workout, maximizing its effectiveness. As you begin to feel comfortable with the exercises and your technique, you’ll notice your mental and physical toughness rise.
